ABOUT
Coach Dez is a youth sports expert whose life story has empowered
him to lead young people to a better life through coaching and mentorship.
I'm Coach Desmond Dunham, a nationally acclaimed track and field and cross-country coach. I've been teaching, mentoring and coaching in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area for over two decades. In addition to currently teaching and coaching high school students, I'm also the founder of Kids Elite Sports which offers summer sports camp and youth sports training.

IMPACT
Desmond coached my son Jesse in little league, and even though he's in 9th grade now he still talks about that amazing experience and how much he loved Coach D. I remember one time he told me "Dad, I really love Coach D because he's a great baseball coach but he's also like a life coach." I was surprised my 5th grader knew what a life coach was but he nailed it. Coach D teaches wisdom on and off the field and is a great role model for kids of all ages!
